What "specialized" actually means for wet basement repair at our company — not a marketing word, a set of specific practices.
Full diagnostic includes moisture mapping across the entire basement, not just the spot where water is currently visible.
Trucks are stocked with extraction equipment and basic drainage materials so the first visit can start mitigation immediately.
Every quote is written and provided before any work begins, regardless of how many components the fix involves.
From extraction pumps to drain tile to exterior membrane materials, our trucks carry the equipment to address whichever combination of causes the diagnostic reveals.
Each service below is scoped specifically to wet basement repair, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.
Standing water is extracted with pumps before any diagnostic work or repair begins, since you can't properly assess a source while wading through it.
This produces a complete picture rather than a single-symptom fix, so you understand exactly why water has been getting in.
This is often paired with grading correction rather than installed as a standalone fix when exterior conditions are also contributing.
We identify visible mold during the diagnostic and connect you with certified remediation partners before proceeding with the waterproofing fix.
Even after the water source is addressed, residual humidity can linger in a basement that's been chronically wet for months or years.
Four steps, start to finish — from your call to a fully diagnosed and dried-out basement.
A few questions about how long the issue has been present help the technician prepare for what they might find.
Technicians arrive equipped for extraction if needed, plus full diagnostic tools to map every contributing factor.
You'll see a written recommendation explaining which combination of fixes — drainage, grading, sump, dehumidification — actually addresses your situation.
If mold remediation was needed alongside waterproofing, we coordinate timing with your remediation partner so the fixes work together.
