Whether it's a crawl space floor or a basement wall assembly, uncontrolled vapor transmission feeds humidity, mold, and musty odors long before anyone notices actual liquid water.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained vapor barrier installation crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Installing a barrier without understanding vapor drive direction can trap moisture in the wrong place — every installation is designed around your specific conditions.
Trucks carry sample barrier materials at multiple mil-thicknesses so you can see and feel the difference during the estimate.
No surprise charges for vent covers or termination strips needed to complete a proper installation.
We install 10-20 mil reinforced polyethylene for floor applications, thick enough to resist puncture from foot traffic.
We don't run a one-size-fits-all playbook — every vapor barrier installation job starts from these core service components, adapted to what your property actually needs.
A reinforced polyethylene barrier laid across the entire crawl space floor cuts off ground moisture at the source, the single biggest contributor to crawl space humidity.
Particularly important before finishing a basement, since trapped vapor behind drywall is a common and expensive cause of mold discovery years later.
A vapor barrier is only as effective as its seams and edges — gaps at walls, piers, or overlaps undermine the entire system's performance.
Support piers in a crawl space are common weak points where ground moisture bypasses an otherwise well-installed floor barrier.
Where vents are being sealed as part of a full encapsulation approach, we install rigid vent covers integrated with the barrier's edge termination.
